The LIFE Fitness Center opened in 1999. It was designed to provide a FREE convenient on-site workout facility for J. J. Keller associates, their spouses and dependents. In 2021, the app FLEX by FitnessOnDemand was added to provide a free workout solution to all associates, regardless of their location.
Onsite LIFE Fitness Center
The LIFE Fitness Center is available for use by all associates, their spouses and dependents (over the age of 16) during the designated hours listed.
Associates must attend a LIFE Fitness Center orientation session and sign the Fitness Center Release Form.
*Orientation is optional for spouses and dependents because they must be accompanied by the associate.
Facility Hours and Location
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – Midnight
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Weekends/Holidays: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

FitnessOnDemand is a virtual workout option offered to all associates interested in working out in the comfort of their home, with a group of fellow associates, or while traveling.
